Pros
Good locations. They give some holidays off. Kitchen works. Lower level people are nice.
Cons
Business gets busy then slow. When it goes slow people get laid off fast. Pay is low. No raises

Pros
The culture at MSI is laid back and relaxed, very positive. The vast majority of my teammates are genuinely helpful and collaborative. Management does their best to accommodate scheduling needs. Good Benefits, 401K, Paid time off, and sick time can accrue.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons at this time. In the past, we ran into issues with 'no work' but that hasn't happened in quite a while thanks to Management & Sales!
