Very difficult to find any pros. Other than the incompetent upper management, the people are nice.

Cons

The company was forced to change its name to Jonas Chorum due its continuous failures. The software is plagued with issues. The incompetent upper management is constantly looking for scapegoats. The constant layoffs are not for the faint of heart. Poo

A handful of the people were intelligent and hard-workign

Horribly mismanaged. Most of the senior team are arrogant, vainglorious, and out of touch. Exec team is insulated and if you're in, you're well taken care of. If you're not, you know it...and so does every other employee. Benefits are awful for a company the size of Jonas. The company exists at this point solely to produce whatever diminishing profit it can as it's being run into the ground. More than 6 layoffs over 4 years, and now there are barely enough people to get the work done. People are miserable, no matter what caliber employee they are -- they're all miserable and in fear of losing their jobs.
