Pros
The people are what make this a fantastic agency to work for -, from the very top down, the approach is collaborative, positive, friendly and ego-free (fairly unusual in the industry!). The company always goes the extra mile (or five) for its clients, and its clients are loyal in return.
Cons
The location isn't the prettiest as there's a lot of building going on in the immediate area, but that should be resolved soon.
