      Very supportive manager. Gain so many knowledge. Good for fresh graduate. Very helpful colleague.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Need to work overtime.

      Pros

      - good environment - teammates, manager, even support staff are supportive and help a lot during your early days

      Cons

      - alternate saturday working days (but only half-day) since mon-fri working hours only 9-5, its not really a con act

      Pros

      Good for freshgrad to have maximum experience in general insurance claim. Good and strategic location.

      Cons

      Always late paying mileage claim and MC claim which is more than 3-4 weeks, low parking allowance despite high parking rate and no insurance for warded employees is the biggest turn off for me.
