Pros

WFH, compensation may not be higher than expected but better than average in Phils.

Cons

1. Bad leadership. 2. Too much politics. This is where I see leaders "literally" fight with other leaders to get a better position. 3. Company does not provide laptop but uses Time Doctor to track your activities. You cant have a full control of your own laptop because TD will pop up even outside work hours. 4. HR will force you to write good reviews about the company. 5. Your dedication to the company is measured by how much time youve spent working rather than the output. 6. Most employees work over time but with less output lol. 7. There is no due process for employee termination. 8. Overall work is exhausting. Too many time trackers. You have Teams, Time Doctor, Tempo in Jira, and in House app to track time because the company doesnt trust its employees. 9. If your leader doesnt like you, she will find a way to fire you. HR is one-sided so you cant trust them either... So if you plan to work here, never disagree with your boss. 10. You are considered by the company as cheap labor if you are a Filipino 11. Management will encourage you to share ideas, but when you do, your ideas will be disregarded 12. HR will encourage you to speak up your thoughts, but they cant keep it confidential 13. No system, processes and policies in place. You'll be surprised new process is implemented without any notice. 14. Ask the employees, almost everyone will tell you they dont feel comfortable with the work environment. Almost everyone feels the fear of losing their job any time.

Worst Company to work

Pros

None at all, don't even try

Cons

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They appoint you a role as an intern; however, your responsibilities are not that of an intern. The culture is very, very, very toxic. If you give feedback to your co-workers or the leadership, they will not hear it. The management wouldn't even bother reading the feedback you submitted; they'd say, "it was too long," and would nonchalantly state that your feedback is irrelevant and a "you" problem. The other Senior Data analysts or Data engineers from the product teams would confidently insult you that you are not suitable for their standards because even if you are an intern, you ought to be the perfect Data analyst INTERN. There is no proper training; you will be watching "The Martian Movie" and TED Talks about ownership (ironically, they do not practice ownership), which is your training. And because this is the training, they are so proud of, you still have to be perfect. You can't ask a question twice because if you do, the Senior Data Analysts Team or the Data Engineers will tell you that "You're not good enough" and that the other intern batches are better than your batch, insulting you in a meeting with almost 20 people. If an intern or colleague resigns, they blame it on the intern team because it's the intern team's fault for being toxic. Even though obviously, the reason why people are leaving is because of this wasteful company. The company does not practice ownership at all. If something is wrong in the team's culture or employees feel intoxicated about their job, it's never the management's fault. It will always be "you," the employee with a problem. It will be a waste to raise your concerns in HR because they will not hear you. The Management and HR are in connivance in giving the company's CEO wishful thinking that the Philippine team is doing fantastic. It is also true that the said "leaders" (I don't even know how they can say they are leaders without vomiting) fight with other "leaders" to get a higher position. Like seriously? Such a disgrace. If you are a talented person with a brilliant mind or a cum laude from another school, I strongly suggest you not work here. You will not learn a thing about data analytics; the only thing you will learn is how Filipinos leech and maltreats their co-Filipino.

Pros

Few of my coworkers were intelligent.

Cons

New Sales leadership has come through the door to implement the distrusting nature of ownership and executive stakeholders. It’s a scary place where you are tracked, privacy and respect don’t exist. Pay is mediocre at best. Technology is smoke and mirrors with upset and scorned clients on the daily. Look at the team; zero diversity.
