-Very stable company where income earning potential is fantastic - better than some of the big recruitment firms as you are not as pigeon-holed -Flexible, remote work is great but they also do full team events monthly and weekly meetings so you never feel "alone" or not involved -All-inclusive 5 star trip if you hit your targets -Flex benefits plan -The leadership team is very supportive. It is very open-door and promotes wellness and work-life balance. You're given so much swag, all the programs and resources you'd need.
Cons
Being fully remote can be tricky as a Manager as you have to come up with more creative ways to connect and train your team or junior staff.
