Teaches you how not to manage people.

Toxic environment, terrible pay, bad management, paralegals working on too many cases at once - easy to make a mistake. Credit Hire is evil as well - paralegals do not know the impact the CCJs have on peoples life - not their fault. Insurance Companies not paying out for claims and innocent people being punished. Horrible job for hardly any money.
