The people are good to work with and there is a team environment. Money is OK, but the hours can be long. Company is well organized and the vehicles are in good working condition.
Cons
At times you feel like an indentured servant and they tend to make demands rather than asking for your cooperation. Get everything in writing as they make promises while recruiting you and then get selective amnesia.
