      Severe lack of decision making authority for anyone not in upper management Oppressive and apathetic culture High turn over present in some departments Old boys club in executive management Strong lack of trust across the organization Hollow communication Abuse and inappropriate use of power in executive management to exert control Litigious approach to employees Insubordination and disrespect towards women in leadership positions Constant FDA inspections and concern with preparing for inspections Inflated job titles compared to actual responsibilities Weak performance management Favoritism and nepotism

      all this company has going for it . Is that it does help people in need of bone transplants ... IE plifs. DBX puddy meniscus . besides that its a DOWN HILL RIDE

      what can i say its diffidently a BOYS CLUB.... got to work out eat right . Not to mention the poisonous atmosphere in the micro lab. 1 person get hired as a manager .... then all her buddies come following. many many good people left because of this. Some without any job to go to. that is how bad it was. Should have sued when i left due to all my calls and complaints to HR fell on deaf ears.

      Employees are nice and friendly, Good PTO allowance, schedule is decent

      Cons

      This place is going to quickly crash and burn. So many mistakes made by upper senior management and they are trying to get out of a financial mess by taking out on their employees. Used to be nice to get 2 bonuses a year which made up for the poor salary you are given and know they are cutting them so low its not even worth getting a bonus. They do not care about how long you worked here or how much experience you have employees have been in the same positions for more than 10 years with no chance of advancement. Beware that there is nothing but dead end jobs here and the lay offs keep coming
