Pros

-A few good coworkers still left on the production floor, they try to make the best of it. -If your looking for a cautionary tale about how fast a workplace can turn toxic, this is it -They have running water

Cons

Corrupt HR department- Hr is deeply compromised, inappropriate relationships have created a culture of favoritism, retaliation, and silence. Complaints go no where unless you're apart of the inner circle. Lies are weoponized to get employees fired, and HR willingly goes along with it. There is no accountablity and no room to defend yourself. The situation is serious enough that an independent investigation is absolutely warranted. -Promotions are based on favoritism and manipulation. It's not about merit its about who you know. -Management is either willfully blind or actively complicit. They are disconnected from the damage being done or worse, choosing to ignore it. -Since March the toxicity has skyrocketed. Poorly chosen lead promotions have created a hostile, backstabbing environment. Morale is destroyed. Good people are either burning out or leaving. -Youll be overworked and unappreciated. You are expected to carry the work load of your bosses and multiple people with no recognition or reward. Growth with this company is non existent. There is no future here. -Deception about the company's future. Despite clear evidence that production is being moved to Mexico (training, shadowing and videos) managment continues to lie to the employees.

Pros

The people on the shop floor are great - knowledgeable, easy to work with, and have a great work ethic.

Cons

Management is very short-sighted, as if they're just working for the next few months to get their bonuses, but the long-term effects are dire for the company's future. There is no transparency about what's happening, and they seem to be uninterested in sharing anything with employees. The VP of HR literally sits in her office all day with the door closed and the President is extremely acerbic and negative; even when he has a chance to speak positive words due to great results, he won't. It's almost as if he thinks that any positivity will make people stop working so hard. Morale was very low when I left. Right now, employees are leaving in droves and they're having a hard time hiring, perhaps due to their terrible reputation in the SE WI area. Also, much of the work is moving to Mexico right now, despite tarriffs, largely due again to cost cutting that will gain executive bonuses in the short term.
