      Declining culture & bad management

      Pros

      Coworkers and staff are pretty awesome and friendly

      Cons

      Terrible management that is not equipped to manage and lead staff, they are super quick to fire employees, the managers are not transparent and do not give honest feedback, the firm culture has taken a sharp dive during the last year or two, the leadership is super toxic, and they put the bare minimum effort to train new employees on projects... I can go on forever with cons at this firm! I understand this is a sink-or-swim industry, but don't work for this company based on the hope that they will treat you better than other firms

      Pros

      Partners of all offices are enjoyable and make a conscious effort to pay employees well and improve day to day experience. The work is interesting, and there are plenty of opportunities to help out more if you are ambitious

      Cons

      Long hours at times from fieldwork, and deadline crunches can make it difficult to balance life outside of work. However, it is expected from the industry.
