Pros

Good location next to the freeway. Top floor of building with the view of the airport and with natural light. Convenient parking structure nearby, in walking distance and free of charge. Fair wages and there's always snacks and lunch during random office meetings. The office is ethnically diverse. They offer money for new referred employee. Large cubical spaces for work, privacy, and personalization. Hard work pays off here, but beware of pretentious coworkers.

Cons

Not the best and ethical place to work when principals aren't supervising. Every man for themselves. blame goes around behind the scenes.since staff is too busy outputting and revising the central file, credit of work is taken by the individual presenting it to the principal. Building designs are Sketchup push pull boxes, and nothing exciting. Very profit driven production company. In an attempt to save time and headache, the project architect tends to withhold design considerations from principal and owner. Principals are too busy wining and dining with the owner. When they all realize there is a major problem, the project architects will often blame staff, consultants, contractors, and an out of control workflow as the deadline nears. employee turnover is not only based on this, but supply/demand of unemployed and employee referrals as well. They supposedly can't find good hires. Everyone leaves when a better opportunity comes around.
