      Pros

      Definitely overtime hours available. Work is rewarding. Foot in the door into federal work. Easy parking.

      Cons

      Management is not competent. You definitely need to cover your butt, Favoritism. Shift hours are not well thought out. Very inconsistent with how they discipline, or manage bad behaviors.
