MVP is a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment. While this which may not be for everyone, if you are willing to work hard and recognize opportunities to help the company grow, there is a ton of room to develop your career here. The organization is small enough to where individual actions can have an huge impact. Personally, MVP has transformed my career and helped me to discover what I really want to do and what I am passionate about. If you are committed to learning new things, being a team player and developing as a professional, you will thrive here.
Cons
Because MVP is still growing and refining best practices, there are occasional growing pains. But, at least this company is constantly striving to do and be the best it can be, not every company can claim that.
