      Pros

      Supportive management, great pay, great benefits (medical/dental), and great team to work with.

      Cons

      Investment in more online sourcing tools to expand candidate pools, more training opportunities that can help in promotions, work from home options (either once a week or more, if possible, can help employees have a sense of good work/life balance)

      Most employees are friendly even though they are always very overloaded with work due to staffing shortages.

      Cons

      Nepotism, favoritism, poor management, No respect for employees unless their last name begins with “B”or “M” or you are a puppet of one of the said “B” or “M”s

      Pros

      When Danny Barnet was involved things were different. Company was incredible, generous salary, company car, overall great compensation and rewarded for loyalty.

      Cons

      After Danny's departure, ,the company has taken a three 60. Bad management has torn a rift down the middle between two executive camps. It is no surprise many of the managers who was with the company for 5 or more years either left or were laid off in 2017. Not a good company to work for. Instead of advancing they are going backwards.
