I really enjoy working at MVSI & I feel valued. It is a medium sized company so it can sometimes feel more like a family and the Exec's encourage a 'One team' mantra by hosting Friday drinks, quarterly social events and bi-weekly virtual events. If I work overtime or have a few late night meetings (expected as it is a global company) then I am always given the time back! There are also lots of perks llke 2 days working from home, a drinks fridge that is restocked weekly that employees can help themselves to, same with lollies and biscuits, meals for the late workers etc. There is also a lot of room for career progression and MVSI strongly encourages it with an allocated training budget per employee. There are many cases of employees that have worked their way up the ladder / changed departments etc.

I enjoy working at MVSI, everyone is friendly and happy to help each other. They host weekly Friday drinks where it is tools down around 4:30 and we all get together and chat, I feel this is extremely beneficial for getting to know people in different departments better. The Executive Team, especially the CEO have an open door policy (literally) so if you have any questions, problems or want to talk about career growth they are more than happy to help if they can. There are lots of examples of employees that have had their careers progress at a fast pace here which is a good sign of the company wanting to nurture its existing talent. Small benefit but I feel like the company looks after the employees, from ensuring the fridge is stocked with everyone's favorite drinks, crisps and sweets to allowing paid leave for overtime hours.
