Ghetto, no training, they scam customers for good reviews with a cheap plastic looking cover that they never receive because it's always out of stock, mice running around, horrible pay, no paid days off, management is completely incompetent, no SOPs, no structure, no heat in the building (super cold), team leads who don't know what they're doing training others to be just as incompetent.. that's IF you get any training at all, unorganized work flow, understaffed, the managers gossip about employees and the customers, non-rewarding, they do not honor bereavement if anyone passes away in your family and if you do take off for a funeral they will fire you, no work moral, they do not listen to feedback to improve processes, they sell low quality equipment so you will always get cussed out and demeaned by customers which they expect you to just deal with, their cheap equipment causes injuries to customers and they don't seem to care or change their manufacturer. MWE is the worse company I've ever worked for. I didn't plan off staying here long, it's more of a stepping stone if anything, definitely not a long term career. I do not recommend anyone apply unless you're desperate.... and even then it's tell you to try Mcdonalds first, they probably pay more. This company is tanking so I'm sure they won't be around much longer.
