This company does great in helping team members for their carrier advancement. I think this the best work culture I have ever been. Upper management really do care for the every member. It has a lot of pros that I always ask everyone to join if there is an opportunity. -Carrier advancement -Great Time flexibility and very comfortable environment -Great culture and work environment -Special Carrier couching system -Real salary increase

Cons

There has not been any cons for me except of the location, which this varies from one to another. I have known and accepted the location since the beginning, and frankly with the time flexibility and remote option I don't even feel it.

For my position I do not have any cons for the role I am in. I enjoy my job very much and enjoy the people I work with as well as the projects I get to work on and learn about. We have a great team who is always eager to help and to show you the projects we get to do.
