      Great Company For OTR Drivers

      Pros

      Since I have started working over 30 years ago this is the best company I have worked for. Been there for over 13 years, they treat me and everyone with respect from management to my dispatcher. Most of the office people are the same as when I started. You make a good living, benefits are good plus you get real bonuses that add up.

      Cons

      This is not the company to work for if you don't run legal, if you think you're going to be rude, if you don't like to wear clean uniform, curse or you act unprofessional. They will show you the door. Biggest mistake drivers make is after a few years they leave for a better job and two months later they call for their jobs back and in most cases they don't rehire drivers.
