Pros
Very little hand holding so you are able to manage your workload in your own way. Diversity in many company objectives for employees at all levels. Global connections and great distributors.
Cons
Management relies too heavily on the "next best thing" rather than focusing on developing current business models and practices to ensure their optimum efficiencies. Rather than replacing key positions, the work load is just passed around to already over stressed employees. There is no communication with the roll-out and/or implementation of new products or processes with the employees who will be responsible with not only making it happen but also managing them with the distributors.
