      The studio that conquered remote work (almost)

      Pros

      Good company, friendly team, almost complete absence of any disadvantages There are both in-office, part-time and remote full-time and part-time jobs. I should note that in the studio all processes are set up for mass remote work and surprisingly everything works well and this is its main advantage

      Cons

      Perhaps massive remote work is just the same disadvantage, it is difficult for newcomers to break into the team, it is difficult to adapt and get to know each other A lot of information and communication difficulties due to mass remote work is the whole downside.
