      Pros

      Many of the staff are truly great people who want to see a world with better mental health. The counsellors on the platform are amazing at what they do and ultimately carry the reputation of MYNDUP forwards.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, founder has no clue and is far more interested in growing his own reputation than helping people and changing workplace wellbeing. Sales are left to cold call which is inappropriate. Marketing aren’t trusted.

      Pros

      Incredibly talented people who are employed and have the right intentions/values to drive the mental health agenda forward From the outside, an impactful company. Great business idea but it doesn't go much further than that Incredibly competitive salaries, if not above the benchmark for industry

      Cons

      Staff turnover is above 50% for this year. No communication from senior leadership Lack of empathetic leaders for a business in the wellness space Removal of benefits such as EMI share options Employees are not a priority, your 1:1 meeting could be rearranged numerous times Toxic management culture The worker is always the problem, not the manager Senior leadership do not address problems within the business, instead, advise for you to learn to deal with them Perpetual busyness and inefficiencies CEO has a lack of self awareness for people management

      A couple of good people but not many.

      Cons

      Apart from the fact that this company won’t be trading in 2 years time, I urge you, do NOT take a job here, it will leave you questioning your own sanity. . Sociopathic, obsessive, childish CEO who has totally lost sight of his original “mission” (if there ever was one in the first place which I highly doubt having subsequently done some digging). There was only one member of the SLT who could be trusted and they got rid of them! The existing SLT will be the downfall of this place. Some day someone will write an article about how poorly mental health companies treat their staff…. This place would be top of the list.
