      I don’t work directly with MYTA as I am contracted out to a larger company.

      Cons

      Communication could be a better. I have emailed people at MYTA and I have never received a response. I have sent follow up emails and still to this day I have not received a response.

      This is a small recruiting shop founded by a person who sold his last recruiting business for obscene money. We are a tight knit, growing company with a high ceiling.
