Friendships born out of commiseration.

Cons

Absence of mission, and vision. Outdated business model. Vigorous abuse of employee trust and confidence through false promises, hierarchical viciousness, unfair distribution of compensation, unavailability of leadership and mentorship, promoting the devaluation of one's self-worth. Environment that fosters misery, paranoia. Any association is detrimental to one's professional dignity and future.

Pros

Great coworkers who end up being great friends. Extra days off from all of the Jewish holidays. Leaving at either 3pm or 4pm throughout the year. That's it.

Cons

Literally everything!! Bernie is a selfish and incompetent clown. Everyone needs to leave this place and stop working here for such prolonged periods of time! It is not worth your time or energy. You will not get paid what you deserve and there is no growth. If you are a designer, do your career a solid and LEAVE.
