Pros

Amazing team all there for the same cause which makes the job feel like a community. Once you become part of this community, there's no leaving it and for that I am grateful. You do get the opportunity to travel if you stay long enough.

Cons

Short-staffed when it comes to the event. Stressful amount of work leading up to the event. Tensions of staff do tend to run high but never to the breaking point. Expect to work hard.

The worst work experience ever

Pros

There were some really nice and really passionate people who worked there.

Cons

The CEO is incredibly selfish and it brings down the quality of the company and events. They claim to care about people and health rights, but they treat their workers poorly. For example, they do not even offer health coverage to their full time employees. The hours are incredibly long and the pay is horrendous. They do not even pay a living wage. They are incredibly disorganized and everything is done last minute, despite having an entire year to plan for their events.

Pros

Quality people who want to create inspiring and memorable events

Cons

Quality talent is lost due to poor upper management and low compensation rates.
