      Your opportunities for advancement within the company are staggering. The site isn't large, so curious and hard-working employees have a blank check to dig into necessary objectives and prove their worth.

      Not everyone entrusted with responsibility has the experience or drive to deliver on their objectives.

      Everyone in the lower positions is trying to get out of here, but they cannot since the economy is not good. Only take this job if you don’t have a job or are desperate

      I enjoyed the challenges I faced evey day at MabPlex, the team is very supportive and warm. Most employees have good work life balance. Mabplex offer decent benefit package ( Medical,dental,vision and life insurance 3 weeks vacation, 96 hours sick leave and 12 holiday)

      Cons

      Very few positons allow remote working.
