Pros
The laid back office and friendly staff.
Cons
The owners are married and the wife is extremely difficult to work for because she won't let anything through without her approval. You must babysit her to do her job and approve items or else you will get thrown under the bus as to why things are not getting done. Her job in a nutshell is color coding and playing with excel files and holding up everyone's tasks.
