      Difficult culture with unpredictable senior management

      Pros

      MacDermid Printing has an Entrepreneurial culture.

      Cons

      Often far too much to do. Senior management are unpredictable, and create confrontation. Sales orientated approach leaves every other function to pick up the pieces. Pay increases and benefits not the greatest.
