Pros

They’ll hire just about anyone for the warehouse—background checks? Pfft, those are for overachievers! Ankle bracelets? Bring 'em on! Think of it as getting career tips from seasoned pros, straight from the Big House. At their annual employee luncheon, you’ll hear tales of record profits that somehow never match the reality of your paycheck—will you ever see a dime of that? Spoiler alert: Nope! But don’t worry, they’ll happily hand out free products to anyone with a social media account or the ability to dial customer service. You can quit or get fired five or six times, and they’ll still welcome you back with open arms, bonus points - your pay stays the same! Employee relationships aren’t just encouraged; they’ll practically throw a family reunion or nudge you to start a squad for extra manpower! Feel free to showcase some public displays of affection or unleash your inner diva by yelling at coworkers—HR is as useful as a chocolate teapot unless the CEO decides to take a break from his golf game, and even then, you’ll probably get a heads-up from him before they bother to show up!

Cons

There are no cons; this is the perfect environment for motivating you to get your life together in ways you never imagined! Every what-if you ever asked will be answered, and then some, as your coworkers take you on a wild ride of dramatic moments and life lessons. You will get telenovela quality drama daily, complete with all the twists and turns that would make even the most seasoned soap opera writers raise an eyebrow. More of a WWE fan? Don’t worry, you’ll see plenty of larger-than-life egos, intense yelling matches, and hear insults that will remind you of those family gatherings you had to rewrite in your mind—especially after you stopped allowing grandpa to attend in mixed company. It’s a place where every day feels like a live show, where the stakes are high, and you’re at the center of the action! Imagine sipping your coffee while witnessing the latest saga unfolding before your eyes; it’s like being part of a reality show, but without the cameras—well, mostly! So, buckle up, because this rollercoaster of life, complete with its quirky cast of characters, will not only keep you entertained but will also push you to reflect, grow, and maybe even realize that getting your act together isn’t as daunting as it seems!

Pros

Aside from offering many marketing employees the opportunity to be remote, there is great support for new and creative ideas! The team welcomes thoughts from all levels and works together to make them happen.

Cons

Unfortunately, those in leadership make for drama filled and catty environments. You can put your head down to get work done, but can be a negative day to day experience.
