Money is easy when it's then, which is rare to never at the tempe location.

Cons

No business. When there is business, all employees go out of their way to make them never want to come back. Youll spend more time doing damage control for nearby tables than servicing your own. The management is nearly nonexistent and unless you have a dark brown nose then you'll never be scheduled or given a section with tables. If you're a server, go anywhere but here to work. Even on Cinco de mayo in a college town the people of Tempe refused to spend their money here on anything but Togo orders because the food is to kill for but the service by employees (your coworkers) is dreadful.

Love the customers and providing good service while making the company money

Cons

Some of the management find it hard to appreciate their employees Some of the servers, one male in particular has no respect for any of his fellow employees or management. Makes working there very difficult for all servers. I have not been with company long but i see the other long term employees have had problems with him for years and it’s a shame management lets him get away with his treatment of others. I can not work there much longer due to his abuse and lack of consequences for his actions
