Interesting for someone who likes public policy. Flexibility to occasionally work from home. Opportunity to work on various projects within a small team.
Cons
Absence of good planning and administrative processes made for muddled lines of communication and unclear expectations. Many projects got stalled or postponed due to lack of funding. Fickle senior management and high turnover.
