Really enjoyed working with my manager Wasim. Always available to assist when I was struggling with my work. Had a wealth of knowledge and really helped develop my career.
Was able to understand contact centre solutions with no prior knowledge with training given.

Stressful and working under a lot of pressure with tight timescales.
