You get fed everyday so you don't have to leave the building.
Cons
Your on your own. Little of training given. If you get it and figure it out you will survive.

- A few good colleagues trying to make the best out of a bad situation.
Cons
- Extremely high turnover rate. People leave as soon as they can. - Leadership is inexperienced, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to employees with actual expertise. - Strategy changes drastically and without warning, causing endless rework and wasted time. - Management chases buzzwords like “AI” without understanding them, creating unrealistic promises and failed projects. - Poor communication, low morale, and burnout are the norm.
