      What a team!!

      Pros

      Management down to Earth, asking for feedback, inclusive and communicative. There's no job too low for anyone in the team to do. I felt appreciated and respected in this company. The team was fantastic, extremelly skilled, fun to work with.

      Cons

      As always in a startup, missing a bit of middle management but that was improving just before I left. Sadly the pandemic happened then and I wasn't able to stay

      Pros

      Everyone really cares about helping each other, no question is considered stupid (I know everyone always says that but they rarely mean it), management pushes you to do your best and you are really listened to when something is on your mind or when you'd like to work on a project.

      Cons

      I can't complain really, sadly the coronavirus situation made it difficult for the company to retain everyone but they've dealt with the situation in the best possible way in my opinion.
