After the CEO and others sold this company’s soul for a quick profit, they sacrificed the integrity and dignity that came with negotiating and managing their healthcare clients interests. There is no respect for patients private health information and no regard for the necessary routine that analysts require to effectively subrogate. Healthcare clients please head this warning. You should not be paying the costs for what will become a serious problem in the near future. Do not renew existing contracts with this company and if you are thinking about becoming a client of this place save yourself and do not do it. Internally things are falling apart, analysts are overwhelmed, and technology is outdated. If you are looking for a reputable subrogation vender you should look elsewhere. There is no bonus accessible to anyone anymore so do not waste your money giving it to a vendor who is keeping it all for themselves. If you do decide to stay with this failing organization you should sincerely think about negotiating lesser fees because the quality of work you are paying for is no longer the same.
