Great Place to Improve Sales Skills

Pros

Management will support any initiative/idea from anyone if you're able to demonstrate value. Feels more like a family environment with co-workers & the company is very transparent with policies / future plans. There's a lot of focus on sales process/techniques which helps build everyone's skillset.

Cons

There are monthly quotas for sales but the commission structure is quite favorable.

The vacation policy is a perk.

Cons

No career growth & Poor management. During my time at Machinio, I experienced little to no career growth. Starting out as an account manager (renewal specialist), the company provides little to no training. Additionally, they do not provide training along the way to enhance/better your skill sets. The role is set up like a call center where you call clients many times a day to collect payments. The role is very metric heavy.

Cons

Not for beginners, bring passion and experience.
