I found some of the most open and welcoming people in this company. You can collaborate and share ideas with any person in any department and no one will ask you why. I find the work culture very good in this company. I'd say salary is also competitive as per the market rates. If you do good then your hard work will definitely be noticed and cherished.
Cons
This isn't exactly a con specific to this company. Any service based company has this problem that after certain point in time you will feel like there is nothing more to learn and you've reached your limits. Unless they come up with a completely new and different product there may not be much to learn you might feel exhausted. But this depends completely on your personality as I have seen some people work here even for 7-8 years and still completely satisfied and happy.
