      Good line mates good hours plus overtime close to my apartment

      Cons

      low pay - lower than other places poor insurance - I'm single so not a huge issue Osgar - guy from Mexico changes everything when he comes in then leaves mess behind to fix

      Close to my home, some good people here

      Cons

      President makes you use a vacation day or go unpaid cause of snow storm. Management made decision to close the building so company should have paid everyone like other companies do. I mean the weather was completely beyond our control.
