      Pros

      I don't believe them...they are such Hippocrates...they threatened me while I left the job by saying that we have contacts in industry...I am been common man left the job...but still there placement agencies calling me for harassment....I was job less for 3 months...and the moment I got the job...they again started to harass me...

      Cons

      I think this companies hr system and placement agencies must have tie up for money ...so that they can hire people and harass them and throw them out...this is career destroying ....

      Pros

      Most obvious pro of working in small team in core pharma is one gets a lot to learn. Also very good work-life balance. Freedom to choose and plan your workload. Increments are good.

      Cons

      Very poor infrastructure (e.g. No cafeteria). Unprofessional people who, in turn affect work culture,. Incompetent and uncooperative IT staff. Sluggish HR. Draconian and outdated rules like 'no cellphones allowed'. Poor policies. Senior management is oblivious of plight of entry to medium level employees.

      Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, severance amount, closure procedure.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management. Esp the HR

      Cons

      Nobody followed professional ethics.HR never turned up to office and thinks herself as the boss.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership, who spent more money on travel than employee development, a big story teller and non-performer.
