      The Ceo is the problem

      Pros

      Working with people with disabilities is rewarding.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough for what these people have to do. The CEO is on a power trip. She refers to firing people as "cleaning house". She was emotionally abusive and extremely unprofessional.

      Pros

      Loved working with the children and adults with developmental disabilities. Helped provide them with resources to better their lives.

      Cons

      Same work every day. Never gaining or learning new skills. No growth opportunities - or promises for growth opportunities but never happens. No communication in the company.

      Great working environment. They followed there motto.

      The pay was not that great. It was a bit more than minimum wage though.
