The culture here is you are respected if you’re a worker, you don’t get helped if you don’t work. Being fairly new still, I feel welcomed and comfortable with everyone I work with from MD through to cleaning team. Management team say hello and will help you out and very approachable. I can honestly say the job has its very pressured and stressful moments but I am happy to go to work every day. I have a very skilled and knowledgeable team who I love working with. There was financial support at the beginning of the cost of living crisis to support workers. Your opinion and efforts matter across the board regardless of your position and the company makes an effort to get feedback from all employees at all levels. Treat every third Thursday, help and support, wellbeing help, MD that actually says hello and you can speak to, I can see I will be here for a long time!
