      You can learn and pick up a lot of new skills on your own, room for growth and development in adversity.

      Cons

      Lack of proper guidance from managers. Employee safety and product quality are afterthoughts, the main goal is just to build fast fast fast. Very poor culture to work in

      It’s a great place to start your career, but be prepared, the workload can be quite demanding and you’ll find yourself busy most of the time.

      The work itself is demanding, but what stands out most is the lack of appreciation for employees. No matter how much effort you put in, you’re treated as just a number rather than a person. Recognition and value for hard work are missing, which makes the environment discouraging
