They focus too much on one client. Very few accounts you can handle that it scares you they might ran out of clients one day so there's not much career progression here (you're lucky if it's your first time handling their accounts that are in industries you've never handled before, at least there's still growth). Gossiping and backstabbing is also common here so it's not good for your mental health. Higher management sometimes lacks the ability to understand their people's personal situations. Work setup is remote but occassionally especially if it's really important, they would require you to attend onsite meetings but if you can't due to personal reasons, they would force you to file for an unpaid leave of absence. However, most of their onsite meetings are not actually productive(more talks about the problem but no solutions or plans to counter it) that you'll feel like you've wasted your time and transportation fare just to attend.
