      Pros

      Interesting problems, knowledgeable and friendly coworkers, and a culture of support for your career. I can't say enough great things about this place. Truly one of the few jobs that almost didn't feel like a job. S I was surrounded by smart people willing to share experience and help me grow. They get that setting their employees up to win helps everyone.

      Cons

      It's hard to find a downside, but the commute to Saratoga would probably be the only one.

      Pros

      MG does really great work that is super interesting. Awesome clients and projects. Very flat power structure allows all voices to be heard. Very closely knit team. Easy to become a part of that closely knit team.

      Cons

      The usual cons that come with a flat power structure, just a bit of disorganization, but managed well by the team (standups, weekly meetings, but never too many).

      1. Office culture is great, allows for creative discussions and ideas to come naturally. 2. I work with the most talented people in the industry daily 3. Clients are fun, interesting, and challenging 4. Office located in the heart of Saratoga, at an undisclosed location to keep the solicitors away :)

      Cons

      1. Due to its location, a lot of money is spent at coffee shops, bars, and delicious restaurants within walking distance of the office
