Pros
You can't beat the folks at MadTree, you won't find a harder working group of people who are passionate about living their Values.
Cons
With rapid growth from a smaller start up to the size the Brewery is at this point the Culture has taken a hit. Communication is a struggle and there aren't many possibilities to move up. It's a labor of love as you can easily make more money elsewhere. The core leadership group (Directors) that were just appointed in the last year have a lot of growing up to do in terms of communication and acting as role models for their employees.
