Pros

work from home remotely & stability

Cons

-Very bad environment - Project managers give you your tasks orally not written and then they deny what they told and tell you it’s your fault (you can’t prove fact because nothing is written) - The managers are very bad with rude behavior. - The contract contains a 3 month notice period and you will pay all money you earned from company incase you want to leave before - HR employee tells you that you can leave within a month but in the real situation they blackmail you - Your vacation days start after 6 month, and they didn’t give all government officially vacations - If you had a problem and made a complaint to HR, she will not change anything, totally useless Such a bad experience

Pros

Work remotely. Stable company (There are employees who have been working for years).

Cons

I knew that there are available jobs, and I thought it would be honest to tell you about my experience.  It is an aggressive work environment, if you work at Madar Soft, you must be aware of what happens around you, or you will be the one who does something bad, as they used to find you and blame you for anything. I worked there for a few months, but it was a bad experience and had an impact on my professional life. Everyone talked badly about everyone, and when managers hear a bad review about the company, they hide the bad review by making good ones instead of trying to improve their behavior and the work environment.

Pros

I can't write a pros except stability.

Cons

Managers and team leaders refuse to help the developers if they work on another project with another project manager. They are useless. Project managers are not qualified at all, they don't know a thing about management, and they always blame developers for everything. There is no ethics, you will always fall into traps. Tasks are given orally (project managers refuse to send them in the mail or write them on any dashboard that is used to manage work, so this helps them to deny what they said if it causes a problem). The company refuses to transfer the salaries through the bank, you will not be able to buy things that require a salary guarantee. There is no work-life balance.
