Great food and refreshments. Amazing co-workers. Great hospitality team. Can build a decent portfolio for yourself. Gorgeous workspace with modern amenities and old school charm. Beautiful office, can't stress this enough.
Cons
God awful management. Constant belittling. The management will constantly talk down to you and make you feel like you aren't fit for the job. Management talks behind your back constantly. Management breaks your confidence. The content head is a grade-A moron and sociopath. The content head gives unsolicited advice and touches you without permission under the guise of being your "chiropractor". Zero work-life balance you'll work 24*7 with little to no appreciation. You'll be staying in office for more than 12-13 hours a day. Seniors usually while away office time and won't let you get anything productive done at office hours hence you'll be staying at the office way beyond working hours to get your job done. Management clearly has favorites and caste is at play as well.
