-flexible schedule -PTO policy is kind of progressive -work with some nice people

Cons

-the company will over-work you, days can be long and it's normal to work weekends. -got some insane asks and right turnarounds from leadership as a member of production team. -production teams get blamed when clients are hard to work with. -CEO and company as a whole is pushing AI on production teams. -weird right wing, military centered culture especially within the past couple years. -zero job security, they don't give warnings just go straight to firing employees. -extemely toxic, unprofessional, bullying managers are tolerated so long as they're leading projects that win awards (Kristen Brockel)

Cons

-underpaid and overworked -terrible communication -lack of support or advancement -you get blamed for things that weren’t your fault -unorganized files, briefs, and projects -if you don’t over perform by overworking yourself they will punish you
