Working at Madden's has a its perks, including use of the resorts recreational facilities. These include golf courses at free to reduced rates, use of swiming pools, beaches, croquet, and discounts and restaurants.
Cons
Madden's is only open seasonally and a large number of there employees are laid of during the winter months. Also there is not a lot of room for advancement within the company and it has a very high employee turnover rate.
