      Pros

      not many - great family health plan at very affordable rates.

      Cons

      Toxic culture - lots of back stabbing and people who try to ingratiate themselves with CEO - management team is very weak and sales dept. has constant turnover - people stay about 6mths - 1yr.

      Working in this company has brought me further success in my profession. I developed myself at the moment of quality.

      Cons

      -1 side was not found for me, I worked as a subcontractor. But the heart desires for me to be able to practice this profession in America, which is the main place of production.
